Redesign of the chain restaurant, Applebee’s, Grill and Bar. Created over an entire semester for my business redesign class. I choice Applebee’s as my brand to redesign since I did not like its current branding. I shifted its branding to resemble a more friendly, family run style restaurant. I wanted to make the branding feel more welcoming and happy. There is multiple components of this redesign, that are separated into different sections bellow.
